How do u use the Rank A resting book

im having trouble..... with the resting skill.... i use the book for rank A resting (human book) but each time i read it sucessfully it only says it doesn't do me any good or w/e.... how do i use the book <.< i didn't find anything on wiki on how to use it.

Do you have Rank B resting? O.o

You have to have rB resting in order for the Rank A book to work.

If you do have Rank B resting, then I dunno. o.O
